RUPA’S JOURNEY:
Rupa is a health-focused mum of two. She is a vegan who couldn’t find functional food that’s healthy and tasty and doesn’t want to fuel her children with processed food.  Rupa has been chatting to her friends who tell her they have the same problem.

Rupa has developed a range of vegan sausage rolls made from pulses in her kitchen . She has sold a few boxes of her vegan rolls to friends and family, but she now wants to manufacture in a food-safe environment, outside her own kitchen, so she can scale her production. 

Rupa has a corporate background before having a family, has travelled widely but doesn’t have experience in food and drink and has no formal market insight or customer knowledge. She’s looking to make the leap from a hobby to running a food and drink business.
