ANGUS’S JOURNEY:
Angus worked in senior commercial roles in oil and gas in the UK and abroad. He’s been inspired by products he enjoyed in other countries and set up a seasoning business. He started selling his products in local garden centres and grew the business during the Covid pandemic through e-commerce sales. He’s just about to land a deal with a major UK supermarket.
Angus wants to be the next Brewdog and succeed at scale. To progress towards his goal, he needs significant scaling of his manufacturing processes and more production space. He has a small team who currently pack the seasoning with basic machinery and there’s no room for more people or kit in his existing factory. He wants to test more advanced machinery to speed up this process and needs more space for his team to grow.
Angus has a reasonable understanding of what support is available but is now looking for experts to signpost him to the best and most relevant support. He wants to benefit from the ONE Food and Drink network of peers to bounce ideas off and learn from, in a vibrant and inspirational environment.
