JASON’S JOURNEY:
Jason is the first generation MD in his family business making tablet.  The business is a UK household name – with well-established customers outside the UK – and with more than 100 employees it is the biggest employer Jason’s home village in Aberdeenshire.

Jason has ambitions to diversify by replicating the family’s success in tablet in other parts of the confectionery market both at home and abroad. He needs UK and global market insights about which countries to target with what new products, and  access to the technology to help him showcase these new products live to key UK and potential export customers.

Jason wants a food-safe production space with inhouse professionals who can help his own development chef in to co-create these new products.  He’s interested in exploring dairy-free tablet and needs an allergen-controlled kitchen to develop small batches, and some advice from nutritional experts to design products fit for market.

Jason wants to grow his family business and be taken seriously on the sector scene.  He wants access to an inspirational space to host his offsite board and strategy days. Jason sees himself as a player in the food and drink industry and wants access to other senior leaders and more opportunities to grow his own profile at senior-level networking events.
