Secure national listings and grow production capacity

BEN’S JOURNEY:
Ben’s cold-pressed juices are proving popular with local delis, and he’s now eyeing national listings.  He’s currently making his juices in a unit on his uncle’s farm in Aberdeenshire.

Ben needs more space and a purpose-built food safe environment to scale up and achieve technical accreditation. He is also interested in showing off these improvements in the demo kitchen to potential customers – and needs somewhere inspirational and exciting to film marketing materials.

But before all that, Ben needs the technical and commercial know-how of a development chef and development kitchen to help him to reformulate and reengineer this homegrown product, so it hits national market price points. He also needs market insights around health and taste trends and advice about how to navigate the regulatory landscape to scale up by producing a commercially viable product.
